What happens after I make payment?

Once payment has been received, we’ll take you through our 3 step joining process.

Step 1 – We’ll send your login details so you can have access to the online parent hub

Step 2 – If you’ve signed up for individual membership, you’ll be invited to a brief welcome tour so we can show you around the parent hub & explain how you can make the most of the support within the hub

Step 3 – If you’ve signed up for corporate membership, we’ll call you directly and set up a unique URL for employee logins
