Does your teen struggle to stay motivated?

Do you wish your teen would take more ownership of their studies? Are you constantly having to remind your teen to revise for their exams and do their homework? If so, you are not alone!

Help your teen take charge today!

Are you fed up with arguing with your teen about homework?

Did you know that over 70% of parents argue with their teens over homework, and over 25% of parents struggle to find the time to remind their teens to get their homework done?

These stats should not surprise you. Most students are not independent learners – they have too many distractions, struggle to manage their time, and struggle to stay focused on their homework and exams.

Are distractions dragging down your teen’s grades?

Today’s teens are constantly distracted by their devices.

Endless scrolling on phones, watching Netflix, gaming, social media, chatting with friends and multitasking make it nearly impossible to focus on learning!

Homework deadlines get missed, revision gets rushed, and the stress piles up.

Distractions aren’t just annoying – they’re quietly damaging and eroding your teen’s confidence, motivation, grades, and their future.

Introducing the Homework & Co-Study Club!

The GT Scholars Homework & Co-Study Club provides a structured, supportive environment where your teen can stay focused, develop independent study habits, and earn rewards – finally giving you peace of mind and reducing stress!

What’s included in the GT Scholars
Homework & Co-Study Club?

When your teen joins the GT Scholars Homework & Co-Study Club, they will build effective study habits, manage their time better, and create a steady routine in a supportive space, as well as motivation and rewards to stay on track and feel confident in their studies!

  • Weekly Co-Study Sessions

Your child will attend weekly online Co-Study Sessions to improve focus, reduce procrastination, and build study habits with support from our Academic Coaches.

  • Rewards System

Your child will earn XP (experience) points, which they can use to earn £20-£40 voucher prizes each year as well as enter raffles, and earn badges for reaching study goals and gaining top grades.

  • Support from Academic Coaches

Your teen will get support from their Academic Coaches through the online hub, collaborating on homework, revision, and study tips.

  • Live Workshops

Your child will have access to live workshops to support their academic journey, teaching them about essential skills and strategies to nurture their studying and revision, and prepare them for their future career.

Here’s why nagging your teen won’t work!

Nagging leads to resistance, not results.

It can turn study time into a battleground, straining your relationship and leaving your teen less motivated than before.

What actually works?

Giving them structure, autonomy, and the right support.

According to the American Psychological Association, 73% of students in collaborative settings develop stronger self-discipline and greater accountability compared to those studying alone.

That’s exactly what the Homework & Co-Study Club offers – consistent support to build strong study habits – so you can step back and your teen can step up.

Today’s teens are more motivated
by rewards than results!

Deadlines from teachers, detention from school and discipline at home aren’t always enough to keep teens on track…but rewards? That’s a different story.

Research shows that rewards are much more effective than sanctions!

The Homework & Co-Study Club uses a gamified system that turns studying into something teens actually want to do.

Your teen will earn points for showing up to their weekly Co-Study Sessions, sticking to their routines, and staying focused. These points are then redeemable for raffles and achievement-based prizes.

And the research agrees – according to a study by the UK Education Endowment Foundation, students who were offered small rewards, like vouchers and prizes, showed greater effort and improved GCSE results.

Your teen will stay consistent, build confidence, and finally take charge of their learning!

rewards to boost motivation!

Here’s a brilliant video by Doctor Shaene on YouTube, where he explains how using rewards can boost motivation and help teens want to study!

What if you could use gamification
to improve your child’s grades?

You can’t eliminate distractions – but you can outsmart them.

Did you know that the gaming and tech industries have mastered the art of getting users addicted to phones, devices, apps, and software?

They do this by making sure that we get an unexpected dopamine hit from each interaction we have with our devices.

When we’re on our devices, we constantly see notifications, we count likes, points, subscribers, we check our levels, ranks, leaderboard positions and we have access to infinite scrolling, autoplay, and social trends, all of which keep us coming back for even more dopamine (the feel-good hormone)!

But what if you could use this same feel-good hormone to build good study habits for teens?

What if you could reward your teen for channelling that energy into productive study sessions?

Homework and revision on its own – is boring!

Homework, revision and structured routines are all important, but honestly, for most kids – homework is just plain boring!

However, XP points, streaks, leaderboards, and achievement-based prizes have the ability to transform homework and revision into a challenge that teens will want to take on!

Gamification boosts motivation, reduces procrastination, and builds consistency.

Your teen doesn’t need constant reminders to do their homework – they need to feel like they’re making progress and being constantly rewarded for it.

The Homework & Co-Study Club will turn your teen’s daily effort into real-life, tangible results. And yes – this actually works!

It’s time to help your teen become an independent learner!

Most students have no idea how to get started with managing their time and prioritising their studies.

When you have to continually remind your teen to study and get their homework done, it can be exhausting. And what’s more is that it’s counterproductive because it doesn’t teach your teen to be an independent learner!

You shouldn’t have to hover over your teen just to make sure they study and get their homework done. The tension and constant reminders are guaranteed to frustrate you and your teen.

It’s time for your teen to take responsibility and succeed independently!

More than just a study hall!

When your child joins the GT Scholars Homework & Co-Study Club, they will:

  • Join weekly Co-Study Sessions, working in a focused environment that supports independent learning and reduces distractions.
  • Earn XP (experience) points for every session you attend – redeem them for £20-£40 vouchers, raffles, competitions, and exciting prizes!
  • Receive additional prizes and rewards for gaining top grades for GCSE and A-level exams.
  • Unlock badges for consistency, study streaks, and reaching their personal goals.
  • Be part of a team so that they can build accountability, stay motivated, and earn collective rewards and XP points.
  • Get access to the online support hub where they will get revision tips, get help with homework, and get ongoing support from our academic coaches.
