This organisation believes that every young person should have the chance to embrace exciting opportunities. They have several free programmes to help young people to get a job by gaining experience, skills, training and confidence. Their Get Into programme works with companies to help give young people the opportunity to gain work experience. The GT Scholars Programme is an after-school programme that focuses on social mobility, growth mindset and helping young people to achieve their aspirations.
