Get a Glimpse into University!
Gates Scholars’ Teach-a-thon is hosting a free week-long programme of short, interactive teaching sessions. The sessions are open to secondary school students and aim to inspire students and give them a glimpse of what it’s like to study at university. They will be covering topics in the arts and humanities, social sciences, and STEM fields. The sessions start on Monday 4th April, and you can book here.
Help your Daughter to Shine!
Her Path to Purpose is hosting a free online, interactive, and empowering workshop for young women aged 13 to 18. This workshop aims to empower and build the confidence and self-esteem of young women while helping them discover their passion and achieve their purpose. This fun and exciting workshop takes place on Saturday 9th April, and you can join here.
Join a Book Club!
Oxplore Book Club is a free online event for young people aged 11-14. Award-winning author Manjeet Mann will be discussing her book The Crossing. During the event, Manjeet will be talking about the inspiration behind her book. There will also be a Q&A, where your child learns more about the characters, themes, and the process of writing. The event takes place on Thursday 28th April, and you can register here
