Help your child Ace their Exams!
The GT Scholars Ready, Set, Go workshop is back! On Saturday 14th March from 10am to 4pm at Goldsmiths University in London, we’ll be running our hugely popular workshop designed to improve study skills and exam technique. Exams can be one one of the greatest challenges that young people face and just like any other challenge, you can succeed by simply equipping yourself with the right tools, strategies and techniques. This full-day workshop aims to help young people excel at exams by improving study skills, time management, and making use of growth mindset techniques. As usual, tickets for this workshop will be released via the waiting list with priority tickets for scholars on one of our programmes. You can find out more here.
British Science week 2020
British Science Week takes place between 6-15 March 2020 for a ten-day celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths. Events take place in a range of locations, from museums, schools and universities to shopping centres, business premises, libraries and theatres. The theme for this year is ‘Our diverse planet.’ The activity packs contain lots of activities on this theme for three different stages: early years, primary, and secondary covering topics like biological diversity, social diversity, to the diversity of knowledge. These packs aim to encourage young people to think about everyday discoveries and how they affect their lives by exploring science in the world all around us. Find out more here.
