Friends of GT Scholars – Help us spread the word & share!
Happy Friday!! I hope you’ve had a great week so far! It’s been a busy week for us over here – The Online Careers Summit is just two weeks away, and we now have over 1500 parents and young people who have registered to join us! This week, we’d also like to share one of our free resources with you to raise awareness of apprenticeship opportunities for young people in England. We’d also love for you to connect with us on LinkedIn so you can help us spread the word to reach even more young people, parents and potential partners and sponsors!
Apprenticeship Resource to share!
First up, I’d like to share this free resource guide with you. The resource includes a list of 42 Top Apprenticeship Programmes for Young People in the UK and might be useful for a young person who’s interested in apprenticeship opportunities. It can also be something worth considering as an alternative to university. If you know a young person or parent who’d benefit from this resource, you’re more than welcome to share this link with them.
Like & Share our upcoming LinkedIn Post!
A big shout out and thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who’ve signed up to help with the Online Careers Summit! We’ll be posting more about the Career Summit on LinkedIn. If you’re not already connected with us via LinkedIn, please feel free to follow us. If you’re already connected with us, please keep an eye out for our Linkedin post which will be published in the next couple of days. It would be great if you could help us spread the word about the Careers Summit by liking and sharing the post!
Panel Sessions & Masterclasses released for Careers Day!
Over the past few days, our registrations numbers for the Careers Summit have tripled! The Careers Day will be on Saturday 27th February and we’ve started to add photos & bios of speakers and release some of the details of the planned masterclasses and panel sessions. If you’re on the panel or running a masterclass, please lookout for an important email to confirm your sessions. Young people & Parents will now be able to book the sessions that they would like to attend, and if you’d like to share the details of the Career summit with anyone who’d be interested, please use this link.
Have a beautiful weekend!
